E-commerce Executive (Brand Specialist/Product Specialist)

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
•Monitoring day-to-day operations of marketplace business units, including Amazon, Walmart and others•Executingpricing and promotional strategies•Managing inventory and forecasting of products to ensure consistent product availability•Providing reports on business performance reporting and analysis•Monitoring warehouse operations to ensure SLA’s are being achieved•Ensuring all marketing systems and software solutions are functioning properly, and working with internal and external partners to resolve issues•Maintaining strong relationships with marketplaces, consultancies, and solution providers, and recommending new solution providers as needed to ensure the business is utilizing industry-leading solutions•Ensuring strategic objectives are being met in alignment with company goals•Working closely with internal departments to ensure proper execution of marketplace strategies including warehouse operations/3rd party logistics, inventory forecasting, accounting, customer service, MAP compliance, IT, and other departments•Providing cross-functional support to help guide internal departments on the execution of marketplace strategies in such areas as MAP compliance, marketing, IT, and warehouse operations
Skills& Experience:•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook)•Communicate clearly in English both written and verbal correspondence•Attention to detail and ability to multitask•Critical thinker and curiosity for learning•Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team•Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center or Vendor Central experience preferred but not required•3+ years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace and social media
Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree
